We offer competitive rates on book cover design.  Our standard design fee of $600 for a perfect bound (soft cover) or $750 for a dust jacket. This does not include the cost of images needed for your cover. 

We communicate with your printer to make sure your book cover is completed and sent using the specifications they provide. 

Cover samples will be provided to you as either PDF or JPEG files.  Book cover design includes the cover, spine and back, and inside flaps for hardcover books.

To get started on your book cover design it would be better if your book interior is either in the process of being formatted or already formatted because the total page count of your finished book interior will determine the  spine width of the book cover. This is why the interior should be designed and laid out before the cover can be completed.

We can start on the front of the cover while the interior is in process but you will need to decide which book type (perfect bound or hardbound) and also the book size that you prefer.  You will also need to have your finalized title and subtitle or any other text that will go on the cover. I will need a number of things later for the book back, including your ISBN number.
