Shipping and Handling Policy
AlexMax Publishing Inc. shipping and handling rates were designed to be as reasonable for our customers as possible. Shipping and handling rates charged are based on the weight of your order. USA shipment rates quoted are USPS Priority Mail. International orders will be shipped from our Atlanta office using the USPS 'First Class International Mail'. Orders are normally delivered to the post office by us within two days of receipt. The actual shipping time will depend on the post office.

RETURN POLICY

Authorization for Return or Replacement

To obtain our authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, call 1-877-ALEXMAX email us at info@alexmaxpublishing within 15 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 30 days of purchase.

CONDITIONS

Non-defective merchandise must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.

If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us at 1-877-ALEXMAX email us at info@alexmaxpublishing.com within 15 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately.
